According To A Weather Channel Meteorologist This Was Triggered By Tropical Moisture Interacting With A Trough of A Surface Low Pressure System Converging With Strong Winds Which Allowed The Heavy Rainfall To Form and Train Over The Same Areas. He Also Said That "Because of The Mountainous Terrain In Haiti, This Allowed More Heavy Rainfall To Hit The Area! Haiti Was Struck By A Powerful Category 4 Hurricane Matthew Last Month, Killing Over 1000 People and Bring Catastrophe To Haiti, Especially The Western Tip Where The Storm Made Landfall At. Matthew Was The Most Deadly Storm To Hit Haiti and It Caused A Ton of Areas To Be Cut off From Getting Help and Aid From The National Guard and The Red Cross Due To A Significant Bridge Being Washed Out In The Storm!! It Took Weeks For Aid and Help To Reach Some of The Areas! In Fact Some Areas Are Still Receiving Aid and Help Now and The Monday and Tuesday Deadly Flooding Has Yet Again Slowed The Aid and Help Efforts To A Crawl and More Homes Were Damaged and More People Lost Their Lives Due To The Raging Floodwaters!!!
